RESPECT outlines that a certain standard of organisation and behaviour is expected from everyone in football - whether as a league official, player or parent, club official or coach, and also the referee. RESPECT is all about creating a fun, safe environment and its core principles work in tandem with Safeguarding Children.

WALTON & HERSHAM YOUTH FC CLUB WELFARE
We take the welfare and safety of our boys and girls very seriously at Walton and Hersham Youth FC and have, as a FA club, incorporated the FA RESPECT programme throughout the club. We are passionate that all players, managers and referees are allowed and encouraged to develop in a positive community to maximise their potential. Our aim is for all children to have a love for the beautiful game in a fun and safe environment.
